Well the last few days weren't as eventfull as the past week or so. But I did have my first acting class with John Kirby tonight. He's the one who has consulted Jim Caviezel and Denzel Washington. He recently worked on "Fame". Anyway.
Got there at 6:30pm to do some paperwork. Seven oclock came and we started. Twelve scenes. I only did my monologue last...at 11:30pm There is some really amazing talent in this class. I feel like I am a little behind in understanding the concepts they talk about. But acting against people of this talent can do nothing but enhance my own abitlities. I will be called tomorrow about a scene to prepare with another student for next Tuesday.
I also got my headshots set up for a week from Thursday. I hope my hair cooperates. Sometimes it has a mind of its own.
Other than that I wrote a bit today and prepared a scene from "Of Mice And Men" that I am to do with another student Saturday in John DiAquino's acting class.
That's about it for today.
I hope you all have a great day!

Not every day can be jam-packed. Enjoy the down time when you have it.
ReplyDeleteGlad to hear the acting class went well. Sounds like they're going to be some late nights. Reminds me of Burt Reynolds class that we sat in on in Florida. Can't wait to hear all about it. Absorb as much as you can.
Hope we can do webcam again soon.
Love you!
